During the tear off stage of this project, we found a very ugly and awkward tie-in to a low slope area on the rear of the house. This type of transition from the main slope to the flat roof is crucial to keeping everything dry.
Detailed flashing elements and the proper underlayment were keys to ensuring this transition did not leak for years to come. We followed up with a self adhered modified to finish it off and make the finished product look as if it has been there since the house was built.
