As we expand from Dallas-Fort Worth into West and Central Texas, we are hiring people who take pride in honest work and great customer service.

Project Manager

Fort Worth, Waco, El Paso, Midland/Odessa, Tyler and Wichita Falls. Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. We are hiring one project manager in each of these markets. Outside Fort Worth, you will help build Christian Brothers Roofing’s presence in a new market.

What you will do

• Own each project from first customer contact and estimate through completion

• Drive to meet homeowners for appointments and roof inspections

• Recommend the right materials and solutions across roofing, windows, siding, gutters and more

• Prepare and present estimates, and explain how financing works

• Coordinate with subcontractors, crews and our home office

• Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process after storm damage

What you bring

• Experience in roofing, construction, windows or a similar trade

• A reliable vehicle and willingness to drive to customer appointments

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Familiarity with homeowners insurance claims is a plus

Social Media Manager

Dallas-Fort Worth. Part-time. Interns welcome.

What you will do

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms

• Visit DFW job sites to capture before-and-after photos and video of our work

• Post consistently to grow our reach in the local community

What you bring

• A strong eye for photos and short-form video

• Comfort with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

• Reliable transportation to job sites around DFW
