Windows Case Studies: Window Upgrade in Rowlett, TX

This homeowner came to us with a laundry list of complaints regarding their windows. They let the cool air out in the summer months and the warm air out in the winter. The noise coming from the nearby busy road was so loud, it might as well have run straight through their living room. Last but not least was the less than stellar asthetics of the original builder grade windows. They knew their house could use a facelift from the outside and that they could potentially save some money on their energy bills on the inside. 

We took the homeowners to the showroom of our window manufactuer to walk through some options. They settled on a Vinyl, Single-Hung window, with no grids in the color Tan. In total we installed 16 Single Hung, 3 Horizontal Sliders & 1 Arch Top. These windows have a Low E energy rating with Argon gas to promote heating & cooling retention.
